How to Pay Your Bill

For your convenience, we have a number of ways for our patients to pay their bills.

• During office hours, you can walk in to pay your bill anytime.
• You can pay your bill online at www.quickpayportal.com by entering the QuickPay Code located on the front of your Complete Care Center statement.  
• You can also call us directly.  At the main menu, please press 1 to be directed to our billing department.
• For billing questions, you can send your questions to .
