Cindy Davis is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Ms. Davis and the providers at Complete Care Center serve the residents of Grand Blanc, Michigan and many of the surrounding communities and neighborhoods. In her role as a nurse practitioner, she cares for all patients, no matter their age or the condition of their health.
Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She received her Master's of Science in Nursing degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and has gone on to receive numerous awards and certifications. She is also trained and certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support. In the past, Ms. Davis has received the Joy of Nursing Award, the Henrietta Villaesusa Community Service Award, and the Sojourner Foundation's "Women Helping Women" Award.
As a board-certified nurse, Ms. Davis has many professional affiliations and additional activities. She is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners. She is also an active member of the NAHN-MI Chapter, which is an organization that represents Hispanic nurses, and even served in the past as Vice President for this national organization. Along with her NAHN-MI affiliation, Ms. Davis is also a Hispanic medical translator.
Cindy Davis has contributed to St. Joseph Mercy Free Clinic for over 13 years. For the past ten years, she has served as the Adjunct Professor at the U of D School of Nursing Graduate Program and as Assistant Clinical Professor of the CNP Program. She has also been an Adjunct Professor of the Michigan State Graduate NP Program.
As a board-certified nurse practitioner, Cindy Davis has a passion for nursing that is beyond compare. She works to promote good health and educates her patients in an attempt to prevent illness. She offers unconditional care and support to her patients who may have many obstacles to overcome. Her philosophy as a nurse practitioner is, "Find your passion in life and follow it." Her calling to become a nurse has driven her to pursue a career in service to others. Through that calling, she has been able to continually serve the public in ways that are beneficial to all involved.
