Complete Care Center is an acute care center where as your medical home, we care for your everyday primary care (chronic) needs as well as urgent care for your emergent illness or injuries when they arise. Unlike most typical physician offices that offer primary care but not emergency care or urgent care facilities that provide limited emergency care but not a follow-up of more chronic conditions, Complete Care Center offers both. Complete Care Center provides primary medical services such as same day consultations, physicals for sports and school, disease treatment, whether acute or chronic, asthma, ADD, hypertension as well as management of diabetes along with emergency needs such as abdominal and chest pain, shortness of breath, fractures, burns, IV Hydration, eye injuries, asthma attacks, pediatric care, and fevers. Our office is also equipped for minor surgeries and your standard allergy and flu shots. So don’t worry – with Complete Care Center there is always a doctor nearby to care for you. We are your one-stop healthcare choice!
At Complete Care Center we can help you make that decision. Since our office is trained to handle most acute illness and injuries, in most cases your situation can be handled right here in our 12,000 square foot office at a fraction of the cost of a hospital ER or urgent care facility. Complete Care Center is open 12 hours a day and most holidays and has 14 exam rooms, two major trauma rooms, onsite X-ray and a CLIA certified lab, thereby providing the hours, space, and services necessary to care properly for you. However, we are affiliated with all three area hospitals in case you require a hospital transfer. In addition to the benefit of faster treatment and shorter wait time than a traditional emergency department, our urgent care clinic is typically more budget-friendly and affordable than the co-pays and deductibles you must meet for emergency services.
We can expedite your care most efficiently if you call ahead for an appointment. However, we understand that this is not always feasible, so we do take walk-ins during regular business hours. Our staff will obtain information and medical/family history from you and try to learn more about your condition. Then, you will be assigned to the first available appointment with one of our providers. To make your visit easier, always bring identification and your insurance card.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
We will gladly bill most insurance plans. However, we may not be considered a "preferred provider" on your particular plan, which means your insurance may not pay the full amount or you may have different deductibles. You are encouraged to contact your insurance company to inquire about your specific benefits. No Insurance? OR insurance we don't participate with? We can still see you! We have special reduced Time of Service (TOS) pricing for patients in this situation. A special Health Share Plan Membership product is also available. The membership is essentially creating a direct primary care relationship between you and your provider. Please visit www.healthshareplan.com or contact our office for more information.
